Manage Buyer SLA

Introduction

The DDRX platform empowers buyers to achieve this by establishing clear service-level agreements (SLAs) for their suppliers. The SLA is a contract that outlines obligations and responsibilities of buyer and their suppliers.This section guides you through the effortless process of configuring SLAs within the platform.

Steps to configure SLA for buyer

The following are the steps to add an SLA for the buyer:

  1. Click View/Edit option present against desired buyer whose SLA you want to add.

  2. Click Manage SLA.

  3. Click Add New Template.

  4. Add the SLA draft in the text area provided on the screen. You can use different placeholder variables in the draft wherever needed.

Important

The example of placeholder variable would be: ${vendorName}.

  1. Click Save. Upon clicking this button, the SLA draft is forwarded to a checker who reviews, validates, and approves the submitted draft. Once the draft is approved, SLA gets added on the DDRX platform successfully.

Note

In the Action column, click View if you want to update the existing SLA of the buyer. Furthermore, updating an SLA requires checker approval.
