Onboarding Buyer
Note
Only a platform admin can onboard a buyer.
A checker approval is needed to successfully onboard a buyer.
Introduction
This user guide walks you through the process of onboarding a new buyer on the DDRX platform. The DDRX platform allows companies to connect with lenders and streamline the loan application process.
Steps to onboard a buyer in DDRX platform
The following are the steps of onboarding a new buyer to the DDRX platform as an admin:

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. All other fields are optional.
Go to the DDRX platform.
Enter Email Address, Password, and captcha.
Click Login.
Go to Buyers section.
Click Add New Buyer. Enter the buyer information as follows:
Company Details
Buyer Name - Enter the legal company name of the buyer. For example, Mesco Engineering Limited.
Constitution - Enter the legal company structure of the buyer. For example, Private Limited, Public Limited, and so on.
PAN - Enter a 10-digit alphanumeric PAN number of the buyer.
Company Email - Enter the official email address of the buyer.
CIN - Enter the buyer's Company Identification Number.
GSTIN - Enter a 15-digit alphanumeric GST number of the buyer.
Contact Details
Buyer Address Details - Enter the detailed address of the buyer including city, state, and PIN code.
Company Contact Number - Enter the buyer's contact phone number.

Bank Details
Bank Name - Enter the name of the bank the buyer uses.
Bank Account Number - Enter the buyer's bank account number.
Bank IFSC Code - Enter the Indian Financial System Code (IFSC) of the buyer's bank branch.
Other Details
Rating - Select the credit quality rating of the buyer. AAA represents the highest credit quality of the buyer, whereas B represents the lowest credit quality.
Industry - Choose the relevant industry type.
App Version -
Relationship Manager - Enter the name of the buyer's relationship manager.
Supplier Minimum Credit Period -
Supplier Maximum Credit Period -
Buyer Code - Enter the unique code assigned to the buyer.
KYC Required - Select whether KYC documents are required for the buyer.
Coverage Group -
SME Center Head Email - Enter the email address of head of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) center of the buyer.
FAX - Enter the buyer's fax number if applicable.
LEI Number - Enter a 20-digit unique Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) code which identifies a buyer to financial transactions across the world.

Date Of Incorporation - Enter the date that the buyer company was incorporated.
SME Center - Enter the location of buyer's SME.
Initial Setup Wizard - Specify whether the initial setup view is required or not for the buyer and its associated suppliers on the platform's landing page.
District - Enter a district name to which the SME center belongs.
User T&C applicability - Specify the user groups for which the Terms and Conditions (T&C) should be applied. Depending on the selected option, users are prompted to agree to the T&C during the login process. The available options are: NONE, BUYER, SUPPLIER, and BOTH.
Image Upload
Click Choose File to select an image logo or icon to represent the buyer on the platform.
Click Upload. Upon clicking this button, the image gets uploaded successfully.
User Management
Click Add New User to create user accounts for additional buyer representatives who will require access to the DDRX platform.
Enter details such as email address, first name, last name, contact number, and user role.
Click Ok. Upon clicking this button, a new user gets added successfully.
After filling in all the required buyer information, click Submit button at the bottom of the page to complete onboarding the buyer to the DDRX platform.
Now, the buyer details are forwarded to a checker who reviews, validates, and approves the submitted details. Once the details are approved, the buyer gets onboarded on the DDRX platform successfully.
